This multidisciplinary team fulfills all engineering requirements in Piping, Pipelines, Mechanical, Civil, Structural and E&I scopes.     • MECHANICAL, PIPING & PIPELINES

    Team of experts throughout all processes of Piping and Pipelines. Fabrication of piping and welding of various piping materials (Stainless steel, Carbon steel, Inconel, Aluminum, etc.). Fabrication of pipe supports and piping structures. Our services also include painting, sandblasting, pre-commissioning of piping and pipelines. Also, Pre-shutdown and shutdown activities.
    Our mechanical services are:
    • Erection of vessels
    • Tank fabrication and erection.
    • Storage tanks cleaning and refurbishment.
    • Erection of Piperack
    • Design and Construction of Temporary Site Facilities.
    • Plant revamp works.
    Additionally, MBN Construction offers Interface and NOC related services. Managing interfaces with multiple contractors and suppliers. Compiling the necessary documents and NOC submissions. Following up on NOC processes with all subsidiaries and government entities.

    • CIVIL & STRUCTURAL WORKS

    Our team of capable civil engineers have successfully executed different civil requirements for previous clients. Berm construction, excavation of pipe and cable trenches. Site grading and topography works. Fabrication and installation of shelters, pipe racks. Construction of valve pits and steel supports foundations.

    • E&I AND TELECOMMUNICATION WORKS

    MBN Construction E&I in-house team is well suited for a variety of activities within the E&I disciplines.
    • Electrical, Instrumentation and Control field instruments installation and commissioning.
    • Fire & Gas system installation and commissioning.
    • Installation of Telecommunication systems
    • Installation of switchgears, distribution boards and junction boxes.
